What do you remember?

I have lived away from Manhattan for close to eighteen years after spending my first eighteen years in Manhattan. I enjoyed lots of crazy things about our fine town.... and thinking about things I miss...... Pyramid Pizza, Swan-ies back door, strawberry picking at the church farm (covered in sticky yuck and dirt), also building forts in the corn at the church farm after getting board with picking, I also miss the the millions of frogs that make noise at night and road bumps, watching softball or baseball at Cico park on hot summer nights, the excitement of going to swim at city park or camp at tuttle creek, scaring myself by watching the water at the tubes, the playground behind the church, arts in the park movies/plays/concerts, skinny dipping at timber-creek, racing from seminary to the high school, freezing at football games, the sound of frogs and locus on hot summer nights and catching fireflies and smearing their guts on my siblings. When you remember growing up in Manhattan what were your favorite memories?
